Ms. Ramatu Ali is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, author and young professional passionate about leadership, personal development, youth empowerment, digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

She is the founder of Lumora Empire, established in September 2025, with a vision to inspire young people to take ownership of their growth, develop practical skills and create meaningful futures. Her approach goes beyond motivation, focusing on turning ideas into action through education, creativity, leadership and entrepreneurship.

A graduate of the University of Ghana, where she studied Political Science and Information Studies, Ms. Ramatu has a keen interest in governance, communication, digital media and the role of information in shaping society. Her professional experiences include administrative work within Ghana's public sector and national service with Ghana Airports Company Limited.

She is also the author of The Power of a New Beginning, a personal development guide centred on discipline, faith, self-mastery and intentional living. Her entrepreneurial interests extend to digital business, wealth creation, publishing and developing innovative ideas that create value.

Driven by curiosity, ambition and a commitment to continuous learning, Ms. Ramatu hopes to contribute to a generation of independent thinkers, innovative leaders and purpose-driven entrepreneurs.
